Always bear in mind that our dog groomer is pleasant, professional, and caring -- keeping you and your pet happy will always be our top priority!

All pets coming in for grooming are required to have the same vaccines as if they are boarding. 

General Information: 

All reservations should be made as soon as your plans are set.  A minimum of 30 days is highly recommended during peak times (holidays and summer).  We also like to ask that cancellations be made as soon as your plans change to provide an opportunity for other people to board their pets for their vacation.  Currently we do NOT require a deposit for peak time reservations.

What to bring 

Feel free to bring whatever will make your pet feel most comfortable.  We do ask that all bedding be clearly labeled and be washable.  We do frequently wash soiled bedding. (No charge) Please make sure that the bedding is not so large that your dog cannot walk around. 

We also ask that you do not bring water and food bowls.  We supply those, however you may bring your dogs own food if you like.  We feed IAMS mini chunk dog food.  We will feed them our food if you do not bring any (at no extra charge). You can bring toys, treats, etc and we will do our best to keep up with the toys. We do ask that you bring your own food if your pet requires a special food such as puppy food or medicated. 

Our dog runs are indoor/outdoor.  They will have full access to these areas from 7:00am to 8:00pm.  They are shut in the indoor area at night for their safety and comfort. The indoor areas are climate controlled and the outdoor areas are covered from the sun and rain for the comfort of your pet. 

All of our guests receive play time at no additional cost to you.  We believe their stay here should be an enjoyable one.  When we let them out, we greet them, pet them and play with them.  The way we treat your pet goes a long way towards the enjoyment of their stay. 

We have a separate cat room that is shut off from the dog runs.  They have a large condo with 2 levels play in.

As you can see we have many different sizes to accommodate different breeds and family sizes.  We DO NOT have different prices for the various size runs so we use them as the situation calls for. 

All of our guests must be in good health.  We require all annual shots to be up to date.  We recommend Bordatella be given every six months.  We also suggest that you get it at least 4 days before your visit. 

Our guests are urged to be on a flea control program such as Frontline or Sentinel.  Any of our guests that are found with fleas or ticks will be given a bath at the owner’s expense.

Emergency Situations 

Our pets are much like our kids so as you know, accidents do happen.  We have several local vets in the Argyle/Bartonville area that we use in case of emergencies.  Please leave us a cell phone number or emergency contact in case something happens.  We will only contact you if it is a real emergency otherwise we will let you know when you return.(We would hate to ruin your vacation over something minor)
